This Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products sold by Sonia Planet LLC. Because most of our products are sold through third-party marketplaces, returns are frequently governed by the policies of the marketplace where the purchase was completed.
02Marketplace returns
If you purchased a product from Sonia Planet LLC on a third-party marketplace such as Amazon or Walmart Marketplace, that marketplace’s return, refund, and customer-service policies apply to your order. Please initiate any return through the marketplace where you placed your order, following its stated process and time limits.
03Condition of returned items
Where returns are accepted, items should generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging, unless the applicable marketplace policy provides otherwise.
04Refunds
Refund timing and method are determined by the marketplace or payment processor that handled the original transaction. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.
05Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it promptly through the marketplace where you purchased it so the issue can be documented and resolved.
